Meet Jess!

MEET JESS

Baking is my love language and I have always enjoyed sharing treats with family, friends, and colleagues. About five years ago I decided to pursue the opportunity to enable others to bring joy to their loved ones in this same way.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and University level culinary training, as well as passion for the craft have created an ideal foundation for my journey into custom cake design. My focus is always small batch recipes using real, whole ingredients. I have learned a lot along the way and I am in a place that I am proud of every single thing that goes out the door.
The from-scratch recipes are my own, based off of many I have tried, altered, tweaked, personalized, and PERFECTED. I do not use any design features that take away from what is most important – TASTE! While I don’t use fondant or offer shaped cakes, I can use small figurines, custom toppers, or specific colors to loosely follow a theme. I don’t make exact replicas of other cakes (including my own!) but I am happy to look at inspiration photos.
I encourage you to trust that I can create a truly unique cake you will enjoy, given creative freedom within some of the parameters and details we discuss.
